Self-Discovery Journaling – A Six Week Workshop
Discover the many benefits of journal writing!
Based on the work of Kathleen Adams, Journal to the Self® is a comprehensive journal writing workshop in which you learn 18 different techniques to use in your personal journal for clarity, goal setting, enhanced intuition and creativity. If you have not experienced group journal writing before, this is your chance to benefit from the support and bonding which is created in a safe, non-judgemental atmosphere. This is not a creative writing course. It is for anyone who wishes to use the power of personal writing for self-expression and discovery. Absolutely no writing experienced needed. Sharing is always optional and the writing is never critiqued.

Basé sur l’atelier Journal to the Self® de Kathleen Adams, vous apprendrez 18 techniques à utiliser dans votre journal intime qui vous aideront à mieux vous connaître, identifier vos objectifs de vie, développer votre intuition et votre créativité. Le pouvoir du groupe en journal intime est très enrichissant. Aucune expérience en rédaction est requise. Le partage est optionnel et vos textes ne sont jamais critiqués.

During this leisurely 3 hour workshop, gift yourself with the time to get quiet and creative. Group journaling is deeply enriching.
Using simple art supplies, images and words, immerse yourself in creativity. Discover hidden messages and valuable insights as you let your imagination run free.
Just as journal writing has to do with process (not publishing), art journaling is for beginners and creatives alike…it’s about expressing yourself, not creating great works of art. Although, if you’re like me, you may be astonished at some of the beautiful images which materialize before your very eyes!

I provide the art supplies except for a large (9×12″) sketchbook. You can either bring your own or buy one at the workshop for $10.00.
